FreeDevCourses (https://www.freedevcourses.com) is a free catalog of programming courses. You can browse the whole site without creating an account, and we collect as little information about you as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you contact us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you write. We use them only to read and reply to your message. We don't use them for marketing.

Usage statistics

We collect aggregated statistics about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which browsers and countries visitors come from. This helps us understand which courses and categories are useful. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not sell it.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the date and time of each request, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Hosting and statistics

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides usage statistics (Cloudflare Zaraz). See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy .

We do not show ads and we do not share your information with advertisers.

Links to other websites

The courses listed here are hosted on other websites, such as YouTube and online learning platforms. When you follow a link to a course, that website's own privacy policy applies. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. In practice, the only personal information we may hold is what you sent us by e-mail. To make a request, contact us and we will reply within one month.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
